L’Association canadienne de l’énergie éolienne (CanWEA) est à la recherche d’un candidat pour un poste de temporaire de 5 mois comme stagiaire en communications. Relevant du Directeur pour le Québec, le/la stagiaire en communications a le mandat d’offrir un soutien dans les tâches reliées aux communications et relations publiques.

Les responsabilités du poste incluent :
• Rédaction de certains textes (lettres, lettres ouvertes, communiqués de presse, etc.) ;
• Alimentation du contenu (suggestion de thèmes à développer, de lignes de communication, de blogues, etc.) ;
• Soutien à l’élaboration d’un plan de communications destiné au Québec et pour le Congrès annuel de l’Association ;
• Révision des traductions (communiqués, publications de CanWEA, sites web, matériel promotionnel, etc.) ;
• Révision du contenu francophone lié au Congrès annuel de l’Association ;
• Révision et maintien du contenu du site Internet en français ;

• Amélioration du lexique de CanWEA avec le traducteur ;
• Soutien à la veille médiatique ;
• Compilation et mise à jour d’une liste médias au Québec et au Canada francophones ;
• Diffusion de l’information relative au Congrès ;

Profil Requis:

Les responsabilités inclueront :
• 
Contribuer à la coordination des enregistrements audio et vidéo lors d’évènements et de visites d’établissements, et autres endroits, au besoin.
• Participer à la production, au montage et au téléchargement de contenu devant être affiché sur YouTube et sous forme de balados (le titulaire exécutera des activités relatives à la recherche, à la transcription, à la rédaction de scripts, à la vérification des faits, à la préparation de clips audio et vidéo, à la collecte de rouleaux-B, à la tenue d’entrevues et à l’enregistrement de voix hors champ)
•  Participer à la diffusion du contenu audio et vidéo en préparant les fichiers aux fins d’affichage sur Innovation.ca, en rédigeant des titres, des mentions de source et des résumés de contenu audio et vidéo, et en coordonnant les exigences relatives à la traduction
•  Contribuer à l’organisation des archives de fichiers audio et vidéo, tant le matériel brut que final

Position Requirements:
The incumbent must be a university or college student enrolled in a journalism, communications or equivalent program and have:

rabble.ca is currently seeking a parttime volunteer editorial intern for summer 2017 in its podcast network.

As an intern at the rabble podcast network, you will work with the rpn’s executive producer:

• recording events
• scouting material
• and conceiving promotional ideas for the network.

The intern will also take a lead role
in the production of our newest program in the rpn.

Purpose:
The intern will have the opportunity to produce original material, apply your audio editing and production skills and receive training from a group of committed media producers and journalists at one of Canada’s most innovative media websites.
By the end of the 
internship, the intern will have a better understanding of podcast production and above all, a greater sense of how to make stories work for the ear.

Position Requirements:
The intern should be have:
Familiarity with rabble.ca
High level of responsibility, ability to meet deadlines and to work independently and with accuracy and attention to detail;
Awareness of current affairs and of social justice movements;
Experience working in a virtual environment preferable;
A grounding in podcast/radio production, including editing and packaging shows with host commentary, intro and extro theme music and other production elements;
